Payment Management brings companies' supplier and service payment requests, approvals, tracking and reporting into a single platform. Role-based approval flows, live status tracking and a full audit trail replace scattered approval traffic over e-mail and messaging.
The AI layer extracts data from Excel and PDF documents with OCR, automatically matches incoming payments with invoices, and answers the finance team in natural language through a built-in AI chat assistant. IBAN verification and QR-coded supplier bank account confirmation prevent faulty payments at the source.
With the WhatsApp Business integration, payment receipts are delivered to suppliers automatically; QuickBooks, Odoo and Logitude integrations connect accounting and logistics operations into a single flow. Multi-company and multilingual, it runs on every device as a PWA.
